Forms in a Colored Perspective
Publication, Wood and Paper, 21x13,3 cm

The book is a study. A study on what a book should and must be. Does it have to be pages glued together? Or is it possible to build a book, nearly as a stage or a small box to be discovered? On the other hand, it is a study on colors. In this group project, we took inspiration on Josef Albers studies and experiments on colors and created a game.
Every color we chose, is printed on three different papers. Although it is still the same color, it looks different due to the material. Furthermore we paid homage to Josef Albers and created „pages“ in wood, that can be laid on top of the colored papers and so it is possible, to see the colored pages under different circumstances and different forms.
