These series of statistics examines the Danish publishing world, micro- and macropublishers, and the ‘Forening for Boghåndværk’, which choses the most beautiful Danish books every year. Several statistics were researched and presented to determine whether, by awarding prizes to books, the association has increasingly supported and highlighted so-called micro-publishers in recent years, thereby influencing visual design in Denmark.
